🐾 Policies

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

  • Payment is due before or at the time of service.

  • We currently accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo for your convenience.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve all pet sitting bookings.
    This ensures your spot is secured on our schedule. 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled visit will incur a 50% cancellation fee to help cover lost time and booking opportunities.

 

Additional Pet Fees

  • Cat sitting includes care for up to 2 cats. Each additional cat is $5 per visit.

  • Dog walking includes one dog. An additional $5 fee per extra dog applies.

  • There is a $15 per day charge for each additional pet during pet sitting services.

 

🔐 Key Handling Policy

  • We will discuss key or entry access during the meet and greet.

  • Clients may leave a key, use a lockbox, or provide a garage code (if applicable).

  • If we need to return to pick up or drop off keys separately, a small $10 fee may apply.

 

Weather Policy

  • During extreme weather (heat, snow, heavy rain), outdoor time may be shortened or replaced with indoor care and attention to keep your pet safe and comfortable.

 

Holiday Surcharge

  • A $10 holiday fee per visit applies on major holidays, including New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. 

 

🛑 Emergency Veterinary Care

  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

  • If you're unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest clinic and act in your pet’s best interest.

  • You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.     

 

⏰ Visit Time Windows & Special Care

  • To best serve all of our clients and accommodate a variety of pet needs, we schedule visits within the following time windows:

  • Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Late Morning to Early Afternoon: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Afternoon to Early Evening: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • We do our best to arrive as close to your preferred time as possible, but please understand that we work within these windows to allow for travel time, weather, traffic, and the unique needs of each pet we care for.

 

🕒 Late Booking Policy

  • Visits booked with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability and will incur a $5 rush booking fee.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates for your peace of mind.

 

What pets do you care for?

We specialize in cats and dogs, but we're happy to care for small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds. Just ask!

 

Do you offer pet insurance?

Yes! As a licensed insurance agent, I can help you explore pet insurance options and find coverage that fits your pet’s needs.

 

Do you administer medications?

Yes, we can administer oral medications, insulin($5.00 extra fee), and other basic treatments. Be sure to provide detailed instructions during your consultation.

 

Can I book just one visit?

Absolutely! We offer one-time visits as well as recurring services.

 

How do I schedule a meet & greet?

Contact us directly via email or by phone, and we’ll schedule a complimentary meet & greet to get to know you and your pets.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve Warwick 02888 area and Cranston 02905 area.  If you’re nearby but unsure, feel free to reach out and ask!
